Automatic Bottle Screw Capping Machine is a high-precision packaging solution engineered to apply pre-threaded plastic, metal, or child-resistant screw caps onto glass, PET, HDPE, LDPE, and other rigid bottles with consistent torque and reliability. This is a machine that is made for the machine that is made to be made to be made to be made for personal.
Unlike ROPP systems that form threads on aluminum shells, the Automatic Bottle Screw Capping Machine uses spindle or chuck-style heads to place and tighten pre-formed screw caps. Caps are automatically sorted and oriented by a vibratory bowl feeder or orientation-type elevator, then precisely positioned onto bottle necks. Adjustable magnetic, mechanical, or servo-driven torque control ensures every cap is tightened to the exact specification—preventing under-tightening that causes leaks and over-tightening that damages threads or bottles. The result is uniform sealing quality that protects product integrity and extends shelf life.
Built to strict cGMP and FDA-compliant standards, the machine features a robust stainless-steel construction with SS 304 cladding and SS 316 contact parts for superior hygiene and corrosion resistance. Key operational features include a “No Bottle – No Cap” system that eliminates waste, overload clutches to protect bottles from breakage, variable-speed drives for synchronized conveyor and turret operation, and quick-change tooling for rapid size changeovers. Models range from compact single-head units suitable for lower outputs to multi-head rotary systems capable of handling 50 to 250+ bottles per minute, depending on bottle diameter, height, and cap type.
The Automatic Bottle Screw Capping Machine integrates seamlessly into existing filling and labeling lines. Bottles enter via conveyor, are accurately spaced by an in-feed worm and star wheel, receive caps at the capping station, and exit ready for downstream processes. Digital counters, PLC/HMI interfaces (on advanced models), and safety interlocks enhance process control and operator safety. Easy-to-clean designs with fully dismantlable hoppers support hygienic production environments required in regulated industries.
Manufacturers choose this automatic screw capping machine for its proven performance, reduced labor dependency, and measurable improvements in packaging consistency. Precise torque application minimizes rejects and product returns, while tool-less or single-ratchet changeovers keep downtime low. The machine handles a wide range of cap styles—including continuous-thread, CRC, flip-top, and measuring caps—making it highly versatile across product lines such as syrups, oral liquids, lotions, sauces, edible oils, and household chemicals.
Backed by years of engineering expertise in pharmaceutical and industrial packaging machinery, the Automatic Bottle Screw Capping Machine combines reliability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Whether you operate a small-batch pharmaceutical facility or a high-volume production plant, this equipment delivers the speed, accuracy, and trustworthiness modern packaging lines demand. Upgrade your capping process with an Automatic Bottle Screw Capping Machine and achieve consistent, professional-grade seals that protect your product and strengthen brand reputation.
The filled bottles travel along the conveyor belt and are accurately spaced and transferred into the in-feed star wheel by the in-feed worm. As the bottles move with the star wheel, they pick up caps one by one from the delivery chute. Descending rotary sealing heads then grip each bottle neck with the preset pressure. Sealing is performed in a programmed roll-on sequence. Caps are precisely oriented and directed into the chute by a rotating unscrambler. Once the chute is full, the unscrambler drive automatically disengages to prevent any damage to the caps. The sealing action occurs as the rotating sealing head engages the sealing and threading rollers, whose transfer movement is controlled by the sealing cam. Finally, the sealed bottles are smoothly discharged by the exit star wheel back onto the conveyor.

An Automatic Bottle Screw Capping Machine is a high-speed packaging system designed to place and tighten pre-threaded plastic, metal, or child-resistant screw caps onto glass, PET, HDPE, and LDPE bottles. It uses precise torque control to deliver consistent, leak-proof seals and is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and chemical industries.
Bottles are transported on a conveyor and accurately spaced by an in-feed worm and star wheel. Caps are automatically sorted and oriented by a feeder system, then placed onto the bottle necks. Spindle or chuck-style capping heads apply controlled torque to tighten the caps to the required specification before the sealed bottles exit the machine.
The machine typically supports bottle diameters from 24 mm to 90 mm and heights from 50 mm to 250 mm. It accommodates a wide range of screw cap sizes and styles, including continuous-thread, CRC (child-resistant), flip-top, and measuring caps, with the help of change parts.
Production capacity varies by model. Single-head machines generally handle 30–50 bottles per minute, while multi-head rotary systems (4, 6, or 8 heads) can achieve 80–250+ bottles per minute, depending on bottle size, shape, and cap type.
Yes. It is designed to meet cGMP standards with stainless steel construction (SS 304 cladding and SS 316 contact parts), hygienic design, easy cleaning, and precise torque control—making it ideal for oral liquids, syrups, and other pharmaceutical products requiring reliable sealing.
The machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, cosmetic, personal care, chemical, pesticide, and nutraceutical industries for sealing bottles containing syrups, lotions, sauces, edible oils, household products, and more.
