

An Onion Skin Ampoule Filling Machine is used to fill and seal glass ampoules. Machines are widely used in the pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, veterinary, and chemical sectors. The machine uses the principle of slant motion of ampoules during filling and sealing to fit a wide range of ampoule neck dimensions, thicknesses, and ovality of available ampoules. Ampoules having a diameter of 6 to 15 mm and a length of 55 to 150 mm are supported, as are biological indicators. Because the Onion Skin Ampoule Filler Sealer Machine fills and closes onion skin ampoules without human contact, contamination is avoided. 200 ampoules may be produced per minute using the Onion Skin Ampoule Filling Machine. SS 316 is used for contact parts, whereas SS 304 is utilised for non-contact parts. If there are no ampoules, the machine instantly stops activating, saving energy and materials. The Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine is entirely covered in stainless steel with a lovely matt surface, and it is built on a square stainless steel pipe frame. A sizable hole on the machine’s bottom side is intended for careful cleaning and upkeep. The pendant-style electrical control panel is elevated off the machine for ease of use and security.

The Onion Skin Ampoule Filling Machine (Models OFS-1, OFS-2, OFS-4 & OFS-8) is a fully automatic, compact monoblock cGMP-compliant machine specially designed for filling and hermetically sealing thin-walled onion skin ampoules (also known as crushable glass tubes or biological indicator tubes). It uses volumetric piston pumps for precise filling and LPG + Oxygen flame sealing. The slant travelling mechanism with gentle ampoule neck centering handles variations in glass thickness (0.3–0.8 mm), neck dimensions, and ovality without breakage. It is ideal for packaging agro-insecticides, veterinary products, cosmetics, chemicals, diagnostic reagents, and biological indicators.
