Vials loaded on Stainless Steel rotary in-feed turn table. Vials move from turn table to Stainless Steel slate conveyor belt here filling in vials take place by Nozzles. Nozzles fill the vials pre-determined volume of liquid. After filling vials move for next operation where plugging fed into the vibratory bowl are correctly oriented and continuously pushed to the chute inlet. The tightly held vials pick up by system to plug from the chute outlet and moves further pressing operation. Pressing operation is carried out by presser rollers, which ensures complete pressing of plug. After plugging vials move for next operation where sealing is done is same manner as plugging has done. Duly filled & capped vials delivers on outfeed collection tray.
