


The Adinath Two Head Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine fills 1 ml to 25 ml open mouth glass ampoules with 0.5 ml to 25 ml liquid filling using two head fillers and sealers in a single dosage. This machine can produce between 30 and 40 ampoules each minute. For small to medium-scale manufacturing in the chemical, cosmetic, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries, this equipment is perfect. The machine is designed to accommodate a wide range of ampoule neck dimensions, thicknesses, and ovality of available ampoules by using the principle of slant travel of ampoules during filling and sealing. The machine is composed of robust stainless steel components that require little replacement and require little upkeep. The seamless rotation of ampoules at the sealing station is caused by a single motor placement that synchronises all the drives. As soon as the ampoule filling equipment cannot locate the ampoule, automatic sensors halt the filling.
Ampoules are loaded straight into the slant hopper by the mechanised ampoule filler and sealer. Ampoules follow one another on an eccentric rack in time with the star wheel. When the rack stops, the ampoule sealing machine continues internal operations such as filling, heating, sealing, and pre and post gassing. Both standard and customer-specific versions are offered. Empty washed & sterilized ampoules receive automatically on wire mesh conveyor belt from outfeed of sterilizing tunnel. Ampoule fed automatically into in-feed hopper from the left hand side of the machine and feed to receiving rack through cassette. A Two Head Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine (Model AFS-2), also known as Double Head or Double Stroke Ampoule Filler, is a compact, fully automatic machine designed for filling and hermetically sealing glass ampoules with sterile liquids such as injectables, vaccines, antibiotics, and serums. It features two filling heads that operate simultaneously, making it ideal for small to medium-scale production in pharmaceutical, biotech, and cosmetic industries while maintaining high sterility and cGMP compliance.
The Two Head Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine offers an output of up to 50 ampoules per minute (approximately 3,000 ampoules per hour). It can handle 1 ml to 30 ml glass ampoules with a filling range of 0.5 ml to 25 ml in a single dose. Minimum changeover parts are required for sizes from 1 ml to 10 ml, allowing quick format changes with excellent flexibility for different batch sizes.
The machine works on the slant (angle travel) movement principle. Pre-sterilized ampoules are fed from the hopper into a moving rack in groups of two. They then pass through synchronized stations:
