Bottles are feed on to in-built Infeed turn table, from where it delivered to SS conveyor belt. Conveyor belt transport bottles to filling station. Filling station has Pneumatic bottle stopper for exact bottle neck centering of bottles during filling operation. Nozzle goes upwards slowly from the bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling to minimize forming adjustable nozzle is reciprocating according to filling dose. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt, this means different fill size can be set easily within minimum use of time. After liquid filling bottles are delivered to capping/labeling machine conveyor for further operations.

The Automatic Oral Liquid Filling Machine is a high-precision volumetric filler designed for accurately filling oral liquids such as syrups, suspensions, cough syrups, and other pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products into bottles. It features a stainless steel slat conveyor, diving nozzles, piston pumps/syringes, and supports integration with capping and labeling machines for complete production lines.
The machine handles bottles with diameters up to 90 mm and filling ranges from 10 ml to 1000 ml (using suitable change parts/syringes). It is available in 4, 8, and 12 head models with production outputs of up to 60, 120, and 180 bottles per minute respectively, depending on the model and liquid characteristics.
Bottles are fed via an infeed turntable onto the conveyor belt. Pneumatic stoppers center the bottles under the filling station. Diving nozzles descend into the bottles and rise gradually during filling to minimize foaming. Precision piston pumps dispense the exact volume, after which bottles move to capping or labeling. It includes a “No Bottle – No Fill” system to prevent wastage.
Key features include a “No Bottle – No Fill” system, all contact parts in SS316 (easily removable for sterilization), machine frame in SS304, diving nozzles for foam-free filling, very high fill accuracy (±1%), automatic infeed/exit, minimum changeover time, unique free-spinning bottle separator, and built-in AC variable frequency drive.
