Automatic Digital Liquid Filling Machine, Model AI-DF: Containers travelling on an SS Slat conveyor feed beneath the filling nozzles via a twin pneumatically driven stopper system that may be adjusted. In order to prevent liquid spills on the container, the reciprocating nozzles and the dual pneumatically controlled stopper system may perfectly align to center the container beneath the nozzles. The adjustable nozzle will reciprocate in accordance with the filling dose, moving higher from the bottle’s bottom level toward the neck to reduce foaming. One of the machine’s standard characteristics is the digital filling system configuration. Servo drives are used for filling, whereas AC motors with synchronised variable AC frequency drives are used for conveyor drives. Fill volume, conveyor speed, and fill time may all be easily adjusted with a PLC controller.
