Adinath International’s Pet Bottling Machine is a dependable and reasonably priced semi-automatic volumetric liquid filling system made especially for filling different liquids into PET bottles and other plastic containers. This machine guarantees precise, hygienic, and effective bottling of free-flowing liquids like water, juices, edible oils, milk, syrups, chemicals, and cosmetics. The type of liquid, the diameter, height, neck size, and fill capacity of the container all affect how quickly bottle filling machines operate. According to cGMP rules, the machine’s frame structure and entire construction are made of stainless steel. For more efficient operation, the machine has optional turn tables at the in-feed and out-feed stations with separate drives to match the pace of incoming and outgoing bottles.

Working Principle of Pet Bottling Machine

Bottles are feed on to in-built Infeed turn table, from where it delivered to SS conveyor belt. Conveyor belt transport bottles to filling station. Filling station has Pneumatic bottle stopper for exact bottle neck centering of bottles during filling operation. Nozzle goes upwards slowly from the bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling to minimize forming adjustable nozzle is reciprocating according to filling dose. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt, this means different fill size can be set easily within minimum use of time. After liquid filling bottles are delivered to capping/labeling machine conveyor for further operations.
