Pharmaceutical Vial Filling Machine by Adinath International represents the pinnacle of precision engineering in injectable and sterile liquid packaging. As a trusted leader with over 8000 successful installations worldwide, Adinath International delivers advanced vial filling machines that form the heart of fully integrated, end-to-end pharmaceutical production lines. These systems seamlessly adapt to changing batch sizes, containment requirements, and diverse vial formats, ensuring maximum flexibility without compromising on quality or compliance. A Vial Filling Machine is a highly sophisticated piece of equipment designed to accurately dispense liquid or powder formulations into pre-sterilized vials. These tiny containers, which are usually constructed from premium borosilicate glass or speciality polymers, require the highest environmental hygiene standards when handled openly between the phases of washing, filling, stoppering, and sealing. Adinath’s machines are engineered to meet these rigorous requirements while delivering exceptional speed, accuracy, and reliability.
With decades of expertise in pharmaceutical machinery manufacturing, Adinath International has earned a reputation for building robust, cGMP-compliant vial filling systems. Our machines incorporate multiple filling heads to achieve higher output rates, making them ideal for both small and large-scale pharmaceutical production. Whether you need to fill vaccines, antibiotics, biologics, or other sterile injectables, our equipment ensures precise dosing with minimal product loss. Key advantages include rapid format changeovers, multi-product processing capabilities, and seamless integration with isolators, freeze-drying systems, and automatic inspection machines. This reduces validation time and supports efficient scale-up while maintaining full regulatory readiness.
Monoblock Vial Filling Machines: Compact design that combines filling, stoppering, and capping in a single unit — perfect for space-constrained facilities.
Backed by extensive industry experience and continuous technological innovation, Adinath International’s pharmaceutical vial filling machines help manufacturers increase production capacity while maintaining the highest standards of safety, sterility, and efficiency. Our global installations across regulated markets demonstrate proven performance and long-term reliability. When you partner with Adinath, you gain more than just a machine — you benefit from expert technical support, customized solutions, and a commitment to excellence that pharmaceutical companies worldwide have trusted for years.
The incoming dry vials (sterilized and siliconized) are fed through the unscrambler and suitably guided on the moving Delrin slat conveyor belt at the required speed of the correct placement below filling unit.
The filling unit consists of Filling Head, Syringes & Nozzles; Syringes & Nozzles are made of AISI SS 316L materials. A Star Wheel is provided which holds the vial during filling operation. A sensor is provided for ”No Vial-No Filling” operation. Syringes are mounted on eccentric block and driving through bottom main gear box. Volume can be increase & decrease by increasing or decreasing stroke length of piston as per filling size. Syringes is having non return valve for sucking and delivering situation to avoid volume variation. Liquid reaches to filling nozzles through silicon transparent pipe. Nozzles having up & down movement with help of cam mechanism, and it come down when vial hold by starwheel for filling operation and starts filling when it starts to move up and after completion of filling operation, starwheel delivers two vials together on conveyor for rubber stoppering operation.
Stoppering unit consist of Star wheel, Vibrator unit and Bowl. The sterilized and siliconized rubber stoppers stored in the vibrator bowl moves vertically to the rubber stopper chute. The vial is hold firmly by starwheel, which will be in continuous rotary motion and vial which is coming from filling unit get in to starwheel and move in rotary direction along with starwheel, during movement it picks up the rubber stopper from the exit end of the chute and rubber stopper pressed by fix single pressing roller, which is spring loaded. Then vial further move on conveyor and collected on out feed starwheel for next sealing operation.

These machines are designed for versatility and can process a wide range of viscosities. This includes aqueous solutions, oils, suspensions, and high-viscosity gels. Most modern units utilize peristaltic or piston pumps to ensure that even shear-sensitive biological products are filled without degradation.
Sterility is maintained through a combination of Laminar Air Flow (LAF) systems, cGMP-compliant stainless steel (SS 316L) contact parts, and compatibility with Isolator or RABS (Restricted Access Barrier Systems) technology. These features prevent environmental contamination and ensure the product remains pyrogen-free.
Output varies significantly based on the number of filling heads.
Accuracy is typically managed via Servo-driven filling systems or Mass Flow Meters. These technologies allow for precise control over the stroke of the pump, often achieving an accuracy of ±0.5% to ±1% of the fill volume. Many high-end models also feature “In-Process Check weighing” (IPC) to adjust volumes in real-time.
Yes. Most machines are built with tool-less changeover parts, allowing them to adapt to various vial diameters (2ml to 100ml) and heights. Similarly, the stoppering unit can be adjusted for different rubber stopper styles, including those for lyophilization (freeze-drying) which are only partially inserted.
